User Data Deletion Instructions

FreshPass respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your FreshPass account and personal data using any of the following methods:

Option 1 — In the FreshPass App

  1. Open the FreshPass app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your request when prompted.

Your account and data will be queued for permanent deletion.

Option 2 — By Email

Send an email to support@fresh-pass.com with:

We will verify your identity before processing the request.

What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Data categoryWhat is deleted
Account information Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country, ZIP code, password hash, profile photo/avatar
Social login identifiers Facebook ID, Google ID, Apple ID stored in your FreshPass account
Appointments & bookings Appointment history, booking notes, service selections
Messages All chat messages and file attachments sent or received
Reviews Ratings and comments you submitted for businesses
AI-generated content Hair try-on results, uploaded images, and related AI request history
Subscriptions Active subscriptions are cancelled and subscription records are removed
Push notification tokens Expo push tokens are deleted; you will no longer receive notifications
Referral data Referral codes and associated records
Uploaded documents All files and images you uploaded to the platform

What We May Retain

In certain cases, we are legally required to retain limited records:

Retained records are anonymised and cannot be used to identify you.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

Revoking Third-Party Access

If you signed in using a social login provider, deleting your FreshPass account removes all data we received from that provider. However, you should also revoke FreshPass's access in the provider's settings:

Note: Deleting your FreshPass account does not automatically revoke permissions granted to FreshPass in Facebook, Google, or Apple. Please follow the steps above to fully disconnect.

Payment Data (Stripe)

Your payment card details are stored by Stripe, not by FreshPass. When we delete your account, we also request deletion of your Stripe customer profile. For questions about data Stripe holds, refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
